real estate from year to year, for the best rent that can be procured
for the same, and to ask, demand, collect and receive and receive all
sums of money which shall become due and owing to me by reason of such
bargain, and sale, or lease, and demise -Giving and Granting unto my said
attorney full power and authority to do perform all and every act
and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, hereby
ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney or his substitute shall
lawfully do, or cause to be done in the premises by virtue thereof

-minster oaths take the proof and acknowledgment of deeds, to be used and
