on the Eleventh day of August one thousand eight hundred and forty nine
being a day of June Term one thousand eight hundred and forty nine
and it was therefore decreed that the said Report of the said last
named Commissioners and all things contained therein should stand
satisfied and confirmed and that the sale so made be approved by the
said court, and be firm and effectual forever
 Now therefore this Indenture witnesseth that the said party hereto of the
first part in the consideration of the sum of one dollar to him paid by the
party hereto of the second part, and of the natural love and affection which
he bears to her, hath granted, and by these presents doth grant, bargain,
alien, remise, and release unto the said party of the second part all
and singular said piece or parcel of land, herein before particularly
mentioned and described as having been struck of at the said sale
so made by Payne, Child and Forward commissioners as aforesaid 
to the said Israel Foote, party hereto of the first part, to have and
to hold the said piece or parcel of land with the appurtenances and,
every part thereof and also all benefit and advantage of the said decree
and of all the proceedings in the said suit to the said party of the second
part, her heirs and assigns to and for her and their our use and bene-
-fit forever,   And the said Party of the first part hereby covenants
and agrees with the said party of the second part, that the said
Party of the first part, his heirs, Executors and administrators shall
and will at any time or times hereafter at the reasonable request of the
said party of the second part her heirs and assigns, make execute and
deliver to her or them such other conveyance or conveyances in the law, for
the letter vesting in the said party of the second part her heirs and
assigns the title of the premises herein above conveyed or intended or to
be, as by her or their counsel learned in the law, may be reasonably advised
derised, or required,     In witness whereof of the parties to these presents
have interchangeably set their hands and seals the day and year first
