This indenture made this sixth day of March AD
One Thousand Eight and Fifty between Moses E.
Levy of St. Johns County and state of Florida, of the first
part and John M. Feaster of the state of South Car
olina of the second part witnesseth that the said
party of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of Five hundred and twelve
dollars to him in hand paid by the said party
of the second part the receipt where of is hereby
acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold
and by these presents doath grant bargain and
sell unto the said John M. Feaster his heirs and
assigns forever all that certain tract or parcel
of land situated lying and being in the county
of Marion State of Florida known and as section
four at Township Twelve Range Twenty in the Arredondo
grant containing 640 acres more or less to have
and to hold the afore described premises with the
rights priveledges and appurtenances there to be
longing to the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns forever
And the said Moses E. Levy and his
heirs all and singular the afore said lands tenements
heriditaments and premises and every part and parcel
thereof unto the said John M. Feaster his heirs and
assigns against him the said Moses E. levy his heirs
and assigns shall and will warrant and forever defend
by these presents. In witness whereof the said party
of the first part hath herunto placed his hand
and seal the day and year first above writen
