that he had Executed the same Indenture for the
purposes therein set forth witness my hand this 6" Mch

The following agreement Between John
Lewis and Edward Lewis Executors of Wm Lewis
deceased on the one part and Charles Lewis on
the other Witnesseth the we all three
agree to the tract of land on which Said
Charles Lewis now lives ( which tract was
conditionly willed to him by our Father Wm.
Lewis which condition has not been fully com-
plied with, sold by the Sheriff of this district
and the proceeds thereof to be applied to a judge-
ment or decree that is now against the Estate
of said William Lewis Decd and we further do
agree that whatever amount of money said land
may sell for that the same amount of money
shall be invested in property for the use of said
Charles Lewis to be held by him, his heirs and
assigns forever Provided However that if the said
Charles Lewis should die without lawful children
the property so bought and invested as above
shall revert back to my brothers, Wm W lewis
John Lewis, Edward Lewis, Litleton R. Lewis their
heirs, assigns forever and we hereby appoint and
constitute Wm W. Lewis a Truste or agent
with full powers to receive from Jno Lewis and
Edward Lewis Executor of said William Lewis decd
and receipt them for the said amount of money
that said land may sell for by said Sheriff and
that he is hereby fully authorized by the under
signed to purchase such property at such
times and places as he may think fit to do for
the use and benefit of said Charles Lewis as above
specified and for the faithful preformance of the
above agreement we bind ourselves by afixing
hereto our hands & seals.
