                 To Have and to hold the Same to him the said
Moses E. Levy his heirs Executors Administrators and assigns to his and
their use and behoof forever and the Said Sheriff doth covenant with
the Said Moses E. Levy as aforesaid that is making said sale and
is everything the same concerning he hath complied with observed
and obeyed all and everything required to be done in and by said
decree                  In Testimony whereof the Said Sheriff
hath affixed his hand and Seal the day and Year first above written

Charles L. Wilson Sheriff of Said County who hath executed the
