          Alachua County S.S. personally appeared before me the 7th day AD 1851
          Saml Russel to me well known and acknowledged that he had executed
          the same for the purposes therein set forth.

          This Indenture made this twenty second day
          of May in the year of our Lord, One thousand Eight
          hundred and fifty-one between William I. Turner
          of Alachua County and State of Florida of the
          first part and Josiah M. Croxton of Montgomery
          County State of Alabama of the second part
          Witnesseth that said William I. Turner
          for and in consideration of the sum of one
          Thousand and Eight hundred Dollars to here
          in hand paid at and before the sealing
          and delivering of thse presents the receipt
          Whereof is hereby acknowledge by and from
          the said Josiah M. Croxton hath this day
          granted bargained Sold transferred and
          conveyed and by theses presents doth grant
          bargaining Sell transfer amd convey unto
          him the said Josiah M. Croxton his heirs
          or assigns a certain tract or parcel of
          land situated, lying and being in Alachua
          County Florida known and described as
          follows, corner of what is known as lot num-
          ber ten of a tract of twenty thousand acres
          of land confirmed to Moses E. Levy by decree
          of the Superior Court of the United States and
          running south magnetic in the chacola pond
          forty chains thence East Magnetic one hundred and
          forty four chains and sixteen links thence north
          magnetic forty chains to the center line running
          East and West through the said twenty thousand
          acre tract Thence west along said center line
          one hundred and forty four chains and sixteen
          links to the point of begining forming a par-
          alellogram of one hundred & forty four chains and
          sixteen links East & west magnetic by fory chains
          North & South containing by Estimation five
