hundred and seventy six acres which said tract
or parcel of Land was conveyed to the said
William I. Turner by James T. Thomas by certain
Indentures or Deed bearing date the twenty first
day of December One thousand Eight hundred
and forty nine to have and to hold the Said above
named and described tract or parcel of Land
together with all and singular the rights members
and appurtenances thereof or to the Same in any
maner appertaining or belonging unto him the
Said Josiah M. Croxton his heirs or assigns in fee
Simple forever and the Said William I. Turner for
himself his heirs Executors Or administrators
the Said bargained premises unto the said
Joseph M. Croxton his heirs or assigns will
warrant and forever Defend by virtue of these
presents
  In witness whereof the Said William I. Turner
hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his

his heirs and assigns all interest and estate and also
all her right and claim of Dower of in or to
all and singular the premises within mentioned
