Together with all and singular the tentements
          heredituments & appurtenances thereto belonging
          and all the right title  Title and interest of the
          parties of the first part Executors as aforesaid
          and of the heirs of said Dr. N. Brush deceased
          of in and to the same and Every part and parcel
          thereof To have and to hold the same unto the
          said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
          forever and the said parties of the first part as
          Executors afore said will forever warrant and
          defend  the same unto the party of the second part
          against any and Every person lawfully claiming
          the same.

          County of Putnam }   Be it known that on this 31st
          day of October 1850 before me personally appeared
          Charles W. Brush who acknowledged  that he had Exe
          cuted the above and foregoing deed for the purposes
          therein mentioned for himself and his co Executor
          Eugene Van Ness and the sid Cha W. Brush being
          by me duly sworn says that he executed said
          deed for said Eugene Van Ness under and by
          virtue of a Power of Attorney Executed to him
          for this purpose by the said Eugene Van Ness
          which said power of attorney together with the Last 
          Will & Testament of the said  Dr N. Brush and the
          proceedings of suit which was instituted for the
          partition of the Arredondo Grant are also recorded
          in the clerks office of the Circuit Court of Alachua
          County for the County of Alachua Florida
                     and I certify that I know the said
          Chas W. Brush and know him to be the individ
          ual described in and who Executed the said
