          Two hundred and thirty three acres and thirty hundredths of an acre
          more or less, being bounded, to wit, beginning at the aforesaid quarter
          Section post at the middle of the west boundary of the said section,
          number Twenty five, thence east along said south boundary seventeen
          chains more or less, to the quarter section corner on said south boundar-
          ry thence south eighty chains more or less, to the quarter section corner
          on the North boundary of said section, thence West along said north
          boundary Forty chains more or less to the Northwest corner of said section
          thence South along the aforesaid west boundry of said Section Forty
          chains more or less to the place of begining.
                                       Together with all and singular the tene-
          =ments hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or is
          any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder
          remainders, rents issues and profits thereof, and also all
          the estate, right, title interest, dower and right of dower, propery
          possession, claims and demand whatever, as well in law as in
          equity of the said parties of the first part of in or to the above des-
          cribed premises and every part and parcel thereof with the appertenances.
                  To have and to hold all and singular the above described mention-
          ed and described premises together with all of the appurtenances, unto
          the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever
          And the said James Turner party of the first part for himself and for
          his heirs, executers and administrators doth covenant, grant, bargain,
          promise and agree to and with the said party of the second part
          his heirs and assigns to warrant and forever defend the above granted
          premises and every part and parcel thereof now being in the quiet
          and peaceable possession of the said party of the second part
          against the said party of the first part, his heirs executors, adminis-
          trators and assigns against all and every other person or persons
          claiming or to claim the said premises, or any part thereof.
             In witness whereof the said parties of the first part have hereunto to set
          their hand and seals the day and year first above written

         County of Alachua } I, Zilphy Turner, wife of the said James A. Turner
         State of Florida  } do hereby acknowledge and declare  that I executed with my
         said husband, the foregoing deed freely and voluntarily & without any compulusion
         constraint fear or apprehension of or from my said husband  In witness whereof
         I have hereunto set my hand & seal this Fifteenth day October AD 1850
