                              I John S. Livingston Justice
of the Peace in and for the County of Alachua State of
Florida, do hereby certify that on the day and date hereof
personally came before me James A. Turner, and his wife
Zelphy Turner both personally known to me and then and
     aforesaid
there ^ within my district that they Signed and Sealed the
foregoing deed of conveyance for the purpose therein mentioned
And the Said Zelphy Turner being examined by me separately
and apart from her said husband acknowledged and
declared that she executed said deed freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion, constraint apprehension or fear
of or from her said husband and Signed in my presence the
foregoing acknowledgement in writing and sealed the same
Witness my hand at Micanopy aforesaid the 15th day of Oct
AD 1850
