                        State of Florida Alachua County
         This indenture made this fourteenth day of Feburary in the
         year One thousand eight hundred and fifty one, between Moses E.
         Levy of St. Augustine, St. Johns County Florida owner and
         Serifina, alias Maria Serifina Chauvitas of Paris France, and
         Joseph De Levante of London, England mortgagees of the one part
         and Washington W. Geiger of Alachua County Florida of the other 
         part, Witnesseth that the said Moses E. Levy for and in considera-
         tion of the sum of five hundred and thirty one dollars and
         fifty one cents to me in hand paid by the said Washington
         W Geiger the receit whereof is hereby acknowledged, have bar-
         gained sold released and granted, and by these presents do 
         bargain, sell, release, grant and convey to the said Washington
         W. Geiger all that parcel of land consisting of Five hundred
         and thirteen and thirty four hundreds acres of land, be the 
         same more or less, it being in three different but adjoining tracts
         of land, to wit, one tract containing four hundred and sixteen
         two thirds acres of land, more or less, known as Paynes Town,
         laid out in the twenty thousand acre tract of the the said Moses E.
         Levy originally granted to George I.F. Clarke, lying and being in the County
         of Alachua in said State of Florida Situated in the Truscuwilla
         and Chacala Hammocks being the south quarter lot of Number Ten, as
         surveyed in said grant by Messrs, Burr, Washington and Merry and afterwards
         subdivided by James Childs into four lots of four hundred and sixteen, and
         two thirds acres each, and is bounded on the North by lands owned by 
         Benjamin Mills on the East by lot Number Eleven owned by said Moses 
         E. Levy, on the South by fractional section number twenty three, township
         eleven, range twenty, and on the West by lot number Nine owned by said
         Moses E. Levy. Also one other tract of land adjoining the first mention-
         ed tract of land on the South, known as part of a fractional section
         Number twenty three, township eleven, range twenty in the Arredondo
         grant, as surveyed by Burr and Washington, and containing seventy one
         and sixty eight hundreds acres of land, as surveyed by W. Holder
         beginning at a stake on the south line of the first mentioned tract, and
         running south Seventy seven poles, to a pine tree, thence east one hundred
         and fifty four poles to the west line of number twenty four, township
         eleven, range twenty, thence North Seventy seven poles, thence west, one
         hundred and fifty four poles to the beginning bounded on the west and
         south by said fractional section Number twenty three, owned by said
         Moses E. Levy, on the East by fractional section number twenty four
         and on the south by the first mentioned tract of land,-Also one other tract
         of land containing twenty five acres, be the same more or less
         surveyed by Mr Holder, it being part of said fractional section Number
