Twenty three begining at a stake on the south line of the first men-
          tioned tract and running south with variation of fifty seven and a
          half poles to a pine tree and pointers, thence west with variation
          seventy two poles to a pine tree and pointers, thence  North fifty seven
          and a half poles to the south line of the first mentioned tract
          thence with said line to the begining, said land is bounded on the
          East, West and south by the remaining part of the said fractional
          Section Number twenty three, and in the North by the first men-
          tioned tract of land.
                               Together with all and singular the rights
          members, heriditaments, and appurterances to the said five
          hundred and thirteen and thirty four hundred acres of land
          more or less as above described, belonging or in anywise incident
          or appurtaining.  To have and to hold all all and singular the 
          premises before mentioned unto the said Washingto W. Geiger his
          heirs and assigns forever, and the said Moses E. Levy on his part
          hereby binds himself, his heirs, Executors and administrators to
          warrant and forever defend all and singular the said premises
          unto the said Washington W. Geiger his heirs and assigns against
          himself and his heirs, and against every person whomever lawfully
          claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.
             In witness whereof the said parties of the first part have hereunto
          set their hands and affixed their seals this fourteenth day of Febuary
          in the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty one.
