express condition that the said Wilson shall faithfully and truly, and
according to the tenor of said bond in writing obligatory hereinbefore refered
to pay to the said Fairbanks the said sums of money thereby secured
to be paid, this that obligation and indenture shall be void, and of none
effect, otherwise to be and remain in full force and virtue

This Indenture made this Seventh day of November in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and fifty, between Charles F. Fitchett Judge
of probates and president of the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Alachua, State of Florida of the first, and Solomon F.
Halliday of the same state and County of the second part, Witnesseth
That whereas the said Board of County Commissioners did by an
ordinance passed at a meeting of said Board on the fourth of Novem-
ber AD 1850 authorizing and empowering the Judge & president of
the Board of County Commissioners as aforsaid to grant and make
title deeds to the purchasers of all lots sold in the town of Newnansville
the County Site of said County, and whereas the said Solomon F. Halli-
day became the purchaser of three lots hereinafter described
Now Know Ye that said Charles F. Fitchett Judge of
probate and president of the Board of County Commissioners as afore-
said by virture of the power and authority vested in me, and in consid-
eration of the sum of fifty dollars to me in hand paid the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargined & sold
and by these presents do grant, bargin and sell unto the said
Solomon F. Halliday his heirs and assigns forever all those
certain lots designated as lots No. Six, Seven & eight of
block Number three upon the plan of the town of Newnansville
