Know all men by these presents that I James L. Cole of the County of Alachua
State of Florida for and inconsideration of the sum of one hundred dollars
to me in hand have granted, bargined sold and by these
presents do grant, bargin, sell and convey unto George M. Galpin of the
County and state aforesaid all those certain lots or parcels of land
situated in the Town of Newnansville, County of Alachua and State afore-
said and designated on the map of said Town as Lots numbers
Six(6) & Seven(7) on half range north of range number one
together with a certain House now occupied by said Cole as an office
and all and singular the appurtenances, and the right title interest
claim and demand on said pemises in me invested to have and
to hold the same with the apurtenances unto the said George M. Galpin
his heirs and assigns in fee simple forever.
And the said James L. Cole for himself & his heirs does hereby covenant
and agree with the said George M. Galpin and his heirs and assigns that
he is now the owner of the said House and Lots of land and is served
a good and indefeasible title therein and that he has full power & right
to sell and convey the same in fee simple absolute that the said
premises are free and clear from all emcomburances that the
said George M. Galpin his heirs and assigns may forever hereafter
have , hold, possess and enjoy the same without any molestation or inter
ruption by any person whatsoever lawfully claiming any right therein
And I the said James L. Cole and all persons hereafter claiming
under me will at anytime hereafter at request and expense of the
said George M. Galpin his heirs and assigns make all such further con-
veyances for the more effectual conveying the said premises with the
appurtenances as may be reasonbly requested of me and that I the said James L. Cole
and my heirs will warrant & defend the said premises with the appurtenances to the said
Geo M. Galpin his heirs and assigns forever.
In testemony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
my seal this thirteenth day of Januaray AD 1851.
