Alachua County} Personally appeared before the Subscriber
Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for said County Martha W.
          the
Fitchett ^ wife of Charles F. Fitchett Grantor of the within deed
who being duly examined by me Separate and apart from her
husband declares that she hereby relinquishes all claim or right
of dower, or thirds of, in and to the land in said deed granted
and she further declares that Said revee*cialatior or relinquish-
=ment of dower is made freely and voluntarily upon her part
and without any constraint compulsion or fear of or from her 
said husband
             In witness whereof she hath hereunto set her
             hand and seal this 14 day of February , AD
             1851
