         To all to whom those presents shall come This Indenture witnesseth
         that whereas certain lots hereinafter described in the town of New-
         nansville late purchased and in possession of Adam Keil have
         been bargained, sold and granted by title deed from the Judge of
         Probate and President of the Board of County Commissioners of
         Alachua the County of Alachua & State of Florida to Solomon F. Halliday
         of the same County & State by deed bearing date
         said Keil having sold, transfered and relinquiehed the original
         receipt for said lots to said Halliday.
                          Now know yee that I the said Adam Keil for and
         in consideration of the sum of one hundred an fifty dollars to me
         in hand paid by the said Solomon F. Halliday at and before the
         sealing and delivery hereof, the receipt whereof I hereby acknowledged
         and thereof acquit and forever discharge the said Solomon F. Halliday
         his heirs, Executors and administrators, and by these presents I do hereby
         remise, release and forever quit claim unto the said Solomon F. Halli-
         day and to his heirs and assigns all the estate right title interest
         property claim or demand of him the said Keil or of whosoever
         may represent in law or equity or otherwise of in to or out of all
         that messuage or tenements & tract of land known as Lots number
         six,seven & eight in the Town platt of the Town of Newnansville
         aforesaid Together with the buildings, improvements, rights & appurtenances
         thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions &
         remainders rents issues and profits thereof To have and to Hold
         all and singular the premises hereby remised & released unto the said Solomon
         F. Halliday his heirs and assigns forever, so that neither the said Adam Keil
         nor his heirs nor any other person or persons whosoever lawfully claiming or to
         claim by from or under them, or any of them shall or may at anytime or
         times hereafter have claim , challenge or demand any Estate right title or
         interest of or into or out of the said Lots, buildings & improvements and premises
         hereby remised and released or mentioned or intended so to be with the apparten-
         ances or any part or parcel thereof, but thereof & therefrom shall & will be utterly excluded
         and forever debarred by these presents.     In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand
         & affix my seal this seventh day of November in the year of our Lord, One thousand and eight hundred

         being duly sworn according to law says on his oath saith that he saw Adam Keil sign, seal & deliver the same
