Alachua County    }  Know all men by these presents that I, Mitchell
Kirtland of the County and State aforesaid for and in consideration of the natu-
=ral love and affection which I bear toward my wife Martha Kirtland
as well as for other divers and good causes me thereunto moving have given granted
sold and conveyed and do by these presents give grant, sell and convey
unto Richard H. Parker of said County and State, and in case of
his death to such other person as by law shall be appointed, as Trustee
of my said wife, Martha Kirtland, the following described property and
estate, to wit, One Improvement on the public lands of the United States being
the Improvement or place wherein I now reside situated in said County of
Alachua State of Florida, also twenty five head of hogs more or less, which
said hogs are marked some with a swallow fork and underbit in each ear,
and some of said hogs with a crop and underbit in each ear, To Have
and to hold to the said Richard H. Parker as Trustee as aforesaid his heirs
and assigns to and for the uses following, to wit, To the use and for the benefit
of the said Martha Kirtland during her natural life, and provided also,
and the said above mentioned property is conveyed upon the express stipu=
-lation that the said Richard H. Parker Trustee as aforesaid shall pay
over to the said Martha Kirtland all the rents issues and profits of the above
conveyed property, and in case of her death that he shall deliver the same to the heirs
of her body by her present marriage. And I do hereby covenant with the said
Richard H. Parker his heirs and assigns that I will warrant and defend the premises unto him
and them in manner before mentioned against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by
from or under me, In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
Twenty second day of January A.D. Eighteen hundred and fifty one

H. Parker the Trustee above named, do accept the Trust aforesaid
and that I do for myself my heirs and assigns covenant to and
with the said Mitchell Kirtland, and Martha his wife and each
of them, their, and each of their representatives as the case may require
faithfully to perform and fulfil the trust aforesaid and every part
thereof according to the true intent and meaning of these presents
           In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this Twenty second day of January A.D. Eighteen hundred and fifty one
