     Personally appeared before the subscribed Clerk of the 
Circuit Court in and for said County M. O'Brien one of the
subscribing witneses to the within deed of trust who being duly
sworn saith tht he saw Mitchell Kirtland Execute and deliver
the said deed for the purpose therin mentioned And said
Affiant further saith that he saw Richard H. Parker sign and ex-
ecute the acceptance of the trust mentioned in said deed, to
which acceptance Saml.W. Burnett was also a subscribing witness

     Know all men by these presents that I, Zelpha Standley of 
the county of Alachua and State of Florida for and in consider-
ation of the sum fifty dollars, to me in hand paid by David 
Blake Williamson the receipts whereof I do hereby acknowledge
have bargained sold and quit claimed and by these presents do
bargain, sell, and quit claim unto the said David B. William-
son and to his heirs and assigns forever all my right, title,
interest estate, claim, and demands, both at law and equity as 
well in possession as is expectancy of us and to all that cer-
tain parcel or piece of land, situate and being in the county of
Alachua state aforesaid and described as the south East qr of
the North East qr of section fourteen, township Eight South of
Range Nineteen East containing Forty acres of land, more or less
together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurten-
ances thereunto belonging
     In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this seventeenth day of February A.D. 1851
