Alachua County    }  Know all men by these presents that I, Richard H.
Parker of the County and State aforesaid for and in consideration of the
natural love and affection which I bear towards my wife Hannah Parker
as well for divers other good divers and good causes me thereunto moving
have given granted sold and conveyed, and do by these presents give, grant sell
and convey unto William Dell of said County and State, and in case of his
death to such other person as by law shall be appointed as Trustee of my
said wife Hannah Parker, the following described property and estate
to wit, one tract or parcel of land containing forty acres, being the South
East Qr of the North East qr of Section No. one Township No. Eight
South of Range No. thirteen nineteen E. also one tract of land containing  forty
(40) acres being the North East Qr of the North west Qr of Section No. one
(1) in Township No. Eight (8) South of Range No. Nineteen (19) East
Also the named negroes, to wit, Anny aged thirty years, Jane aged ten
years, Jenny aged eight years, Jack aged twenty four years, Calvin
aged twenty years, Charlton aged sixteen years, Sarah aged twelve
years, Till aged ten years, York aged eight, Also seventy five head
of Stock Cattle, marked crop and split in one ear, swallow fork and
underbit in the other, branded thus IB also fifty head of hogs, marked
split and underbit in on ear, underbit in the other, and three horses,
To Have and to Hold to the said William Dell as Trustee as afore-
=said his heirs and assigns to and for the uses following to wit, to the
use and for the benefit of the said Hannah Parker during her natural
life, and provided also and the said above mentioned property is con-
=veyed upon this express stipulation, that the said William Dell Trustee
as aforesaid shall pay over to the said Hannah Parker all the
rents, issues and profits of the above conveyed property and in
case of her death that he shall deliver the same to the heirs of her
body by her present marriage  And I do hereby covenant
with the said William Dell, his heirs and assigns that I will war-
=rant and defend the premises to him and them in manner before
mentioned against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by from
or under me    In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this 24th day of January A.D. 1851
