William Dell the Trustee above named, do accept the trust aforesaid
and that I do for myself my heirs and assigns Covenant to and
with the Said Richard H. Parker and Hannah, his wife and
each of them, their and each of their representatives as the case
may require faithfully to perform and fulfillthe trust aforesaid
and every part thereof according to the true interest and meaning
of these presents
