the said premises and every part thereof against himself
his heirs, Executors, administrators and assigns, and all and
every other person & persons whomsoever, to the said party

Alachua County         Personally appeared before the subscribed Clerk of
the Circuit Court in and for said County George W. Cole we of the
Subscribing witnesses to the foregoing deed for the conveyance of teal Estate
who being duly sworn says that he saw Stephen D. Fernandez sign
and seal said deed, and that A.A. Canora was also a subscribing witness to the same
Sworn to and subscribed before me

Duval County     Know all men by these presents that I, Eliza L. Fernandez, wife
of Stephen D. Fernandez the grantor of the above deed for the conveyance of real Es-
tate for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to me in hand paid by John B.
Standley do hereby relinquish, renounce grant and alien unto the said John B.
Standley all my rights claims, or equity of dower in and to the premises 
by said deed conveyed and therein described absolutely and forever
     Witness my hand and seal this Eighth day of September AD 1851

State of Florida          Personally appeared before the subscribed a
Duval County              Justice of the peace in and for said county Eliza L.
Fernandez to me well known to be the person who executed the above relinquish-
ment of dower and being examined by me separate and apart from her husband
she acknowledged and declared that she had executed the said relinquishment of
dower, freely and voluntarily and without compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear, of or from her said husband September 8th 1851
