Know all men By these presents that I Guilford
Sikes of Alachua County Florida in consideration
of the Sum of five hundred and twenty five
Dollars to me paid by Will Paisley of the same
County and State the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
ledged do hereby bargain Sell release and forever quit claim
unto the said William Paisley his heirs and assigns
all those tracts or parcels of Land situated in said County
Dissignated in the official Platt of the Survey of the
same by the United States of America as the NE Quarter
of the NE Quarter of Section Number (9) nine in township
Number (8) eight So of range No Eighteen (18) containing in
all thirty nine acres & 91/100 more or less also the NE
Quarter of the SE Quarter of Sec No ten (10) in Township
No (8) Eight So of range No (18) Eighteen E contain
ing thirty nine acres & 79/100 more or less also the SE
Quarter of the NE Quarter of Sec No (10) ten in the town
Ship and range las mentioned containing (41) acres
which said tracts of Land was purchased from USA
one pice by Wm Waters on the 23rd day of Sept (1846)
Eighteen hundred an forty six an other by C.F. Fitchett
on the 7th day of April Eighteen hundred and forty
nine the other by Guilford Sikes on July the twenty first
Eighteen hundred and fifty One together with all pri
viledges & appertinances thereto belonging to have and to hold
the above tracts of land with the appertinances unto
the William Paisley his heirs and assigns forever
and I do hereby covenant for Myself my heirs Executors
and administrators with the said William Paisley 
his heirs Executors administrators & assigns that the
Land and premises are free from all incumbrances made
or suffered by and that I will and heirs Executors and
administrators Shall warrant and defend the Same to the
said William Paisley his heirs and assigns against the
lawfull claims of all Person claiming under me
and I the said Guilford Sikes do hereby furthermore for the
above consideration assign unto the said William Paisley
all my claim upon the amount of money paid to the
United States for the tracts or parcel of Land
