Personally appeared before the subscribed Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Alachua County State of Florida John B. Standley and Penelope Standley
who acknowledged that they had executed the foregoing deed for
the purpose therein mentioned October 13th 1851

Know all men by these presents that I, Ransom Cason of Alachua
County Florida in Consideration of the natural love and affection
which I have and bear unto my grand child Berrien Cason and
in the further consideration of Ten dollars to me paid by John R. Cason
step father of the said Berrien Cason do hereby give grant alien
release and confirm unto the said John R. Cason the following
tracts or parcels of land containing One hundred and twenty (120)
acres more or less, and known and described in the official plat
of the survey of the same by the United States of America as the
South West quarter of the North East quarter and the North West
quarter of the South East quarter of section numbered six, in Township
numbered seven (7) South of range numbered Nineteen(19) East
together with all improvements priveleges and appertenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and all my rights
title and interest at law and in Equity to the same or any part thereof
To Have and to hold the said land and premise unto
the said John R. Cason upon tract that I the said Ransom
Cason Senior shall possess, use, enjoy and cultivate and recieve
the rents and profits of said land and premises for and
during the term of my natural life and at my death should
my present wife Phoebe Cason Survive me upon tract that
she shall enjoy possess use cultivate and receive the rents
and profits of said lands and premises during her life time
and present wife
and upon the further tract that at the death of myself^the said
Berrien Cason shall have & hold the said land and premises
