or remainder in fee unto him the said Berrien Cason his heirs
and assigns forever and upon further tract that until the said
Berrien Cason Shall arrive at the age of Twenty one years, Should
the same not happen until after my death and the death of my
present wife as aforesaid the said John R. Cason, if he shall
be proper, Shall make such profitable use for the benifit of
said Berrien Cason of said land premises, as may think proper
in such a manner however however, as not to interrupt or
prevent the full operation of any of the provisions of this deed
and upon further tract that when said Berrien Cason shall
arrive at the age of twenty one years, should the same happen
after my death, and the death of my present wife as aforesaid
and if he should arrive at that age before my death and the
death of my said wife, then at the death of myself and wife as
aforesaid, he the said John R. Cason shall release and rein=
=quish to the said Berrien Cason full possession of, control and
authority over and absolute title in fee simple to the said land
and premises
      And the said John R. Cason for himself his heirs
executors, and administrators doth hereby covenant with the
said Ransom Berrien and Phoebe Cason severally and not
jointly and with their respective heirs, executors and administra=
=tors that he will faithfully and truly perform and fulfill all and
singular the tracts aforesaid according to the true intent and mean=
=ing of these presents  And I the said Phoebe Cason do hereby
accept the above promises made for me in lieu of dower, or
any other claim which I have, or may hereafter have in said
land and premises and I the said Phoebe Cason do hereby for
the purposes and tracts aforesaid relinquish and renounce all
right, title and claim of dower whatsoever in said land and
premises  In Testimony whereof we have hereunto set our hands
and affixed our seals this 19th day of August A.D. 1847
