This Indenture made the 21st day of October in the year of our
Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty one between Charles L.
Wilson of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the first
part; and Thomas W. Piles of said County and State of the second
part Witnesseth: that the said Charles L Wilson for and in considera=
=tion of the Sum of Five hundred dollars to him in hand paid
by the said Thomas W. Piles at and before the ensealing and deliv=
=ery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released and
confirmed, and does by these presents grant bargain sell alien
remise release and confirm unto the said Thomas W. Piles
his heirs and assigns forever all that certain tract or parcel
of land lying and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida known and described as the Northwest quarter of
Section Nineteen (19) of Township Nine (9) of Range Nineteen
(19) of the Arredondo Grant, So called, containing one hundred and
sixty acres, more or less. [Being part of the tract of land convey=
=ed to George R. Fairbanks by Moses E. Levy by deed bearing date
the third day of March in the Year Eighteen hundred and forty-
=nine and conveyed by the said George R. Fairbanks to the said
Charles L. Wilson by deed bearing date the Eleventh day of May
in the year Eighteen hundred and forty nine]
          Together with all and singular the tenements, heriditaments
and appurtenances, thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rest
issues and profits thereof  And also all the estate, title right
interest, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, as well
in law as in Equity of the said Charles L. Wilson of in and to
the same, and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances.
   To Have and to hold the above granted bargained and described
premises with the appurtenances unto the said Thomas W. Piles
his heirs and assigns to his and their own proper use and benefit forever.
     And the said Charles L. Wilson for himself his heirs executors
and Administrators doth covenant grant and agree to and with
the said Thomas W. Piles his heirs and assigns that he the said
Charles L. Wilson at the time of the sealing and delivery of these presents
is lawfully seized in fee of a good absolute and indefeasible Estate of
inheritance in fee simple of is and to all and singular the above
granted and described premises with the appurtenances and has 
a good right, full power and lawful authority to grant bargain sell
and convey the same in manner aforesaid. And that the said
Thomas W. Piles his heirs and assigns shall and may at all times
hereafter peaceably and quietly have, hold, use, occupy possess
