and enjoy the above granted premises and every part and parcel
thereof with the appurtenances as without any let, suit, trouble molestation
eviction or disturbance of the said Charles L. Wilson his heirs and assigns
or of any other person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same
And that the same are now free clear discharged and unencum=
bered of and from all formes and other grants, titles, charges Estates
Judgements, taxes, assessments and encumbrances of what nature and
kind soever            And also that the said Charles L. Wilson
and his heirs and all and every person or persons whomsoever
lawfully or equitably deriving any Estate, right, title or interest
                 herein before
of is or to the ^ above granted premises by from under or in trust
for him or them shall and will at any time or times hereafter
upon the reasonable request and at the proper costs and Charges
of the said Thomas W. Piles his heirs and assigns make and exe=
=cute, or cause to be made and executed all and every each fur=
=ther lawful and reasonable acts conveyances and assurances in
laws for the better and more effectual vesting and conveying the
premises hereby granted in and to the said Thomas W. Piles his heirs
and assigns forever as by the said Thomas W. Piles shall be rea=
sonably required and requested
        And the said Charles L. Wilson and his heirs the above des=
=scribed and hereby granted and released premises and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said Thomas
W. Piles his heirs and assigns and against all and every person or
persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same will warrant
and forever defend.
