of deeds to be and is recorded in Florida duly commissioned
and qualified do hereby certify that is the twenty second day of
July AD one thousand eight hundred and fifty one before me per=
=sonally appeared the within named T. Bailey Myers and Catalina Ma=
=son Myers his wife the signers and sealers of the within deed & Several=
=ly acknowledged that they signed sealed and delivered the within deed
as their free act and deed and for the purposes therein mentioned
And the said Catalina Mason Myers further acknowledged to

me on a privated examination Separate and apart from her ^
husband that she Signed, Sealed and delivered the within deed
as her own free act and deed freeley and without any fear threats
or compulsion of her Said husband  And I further certify 
that I know the parties persons who made said acknowledgments
to be the same individuals described in & who executed said deed
