                       I Moses B. Maclay of said City Com-
=missioner in the City and State of New York to take depositions and
acknowledgements of deed to be used or recorded in Florida duly com=
-missioned under the laws of Florida & qualified do hereby certify
that on this twenty second day of July A.D. One thousand eight
hundred and fifty one William T.S. Ryer with who I am personally
acquainted, came before me, and being by me duly sworn deposes
and says that he resides in the City of New York that he saw
Cynthia W. Ryer and William W. Wells severally sign seal and
deliver the within Conveyance for the purposes therein mentioned, and heard
them severally acknowledge the same to be their act and deed that he
the said William T.S. Ryer subscribed his named thereto as a witness
and that he knew the said Cynthia W. Ryer and William W. Wells
to be the persons described in & who executed the within conveyance
