Alachua County     } S.S.
                       This Indenture made this thirty first
day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hun=
=dred and fifty one between Zachariah Wellhoner of the County
and State aforesaid of the one part and Thomas A. Bradford
of the same place of the second part Witnesseth that the said
Zachariah Wellhoner for and in consideration of the sum of
Two hundred and fifty dollars to him in hand paid at and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents hath bargained
and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell and
convey to the said Thomas A. Bradford his heirs and assigns
forever all that certain tract or lots of land situate lying and
being in the Town of Newnansville in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida first aforesaid Known and described
in the plan of survey of said Town as lots number four (4)
and five (5) Block number three (3) Range number One (1)
with the appurtenances and privileges of whatever kind thereto
belonging or in any wise appertaining to have and to hold
to him the said Thomas A. Bradford his heirs and assigns
And the said Zachariah Wellhoner doth hereby covenant and
agree with the said Thomas A. Bradford that at the time of the
delivery hereof the said Zachariah Wellhoner is the lawful owner of the
premises above granted and seized thereof in fee simple absolute
and that he will warrant and defend the above granted premises
in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said Thomas A. Bradford
his heirs and assigns forever   In Witness Whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and seal this the day and year above
written

Burnett a Justice of the peace in and for said County personally ap=
=peared Elizabeth J. Wellhoner the wife of the above named Zacha-
=riah Wellhoner and having privately and separately examined
by me declare that she did freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion, dread, or fear of any person
whomsoever renounce relinquish release and forever
