Personally appeared before me Saml W. Burnett a Justice
of the peace for the County of Alachua State of Florida Elizabeth
J. Wellhoner who being examined by me separately and apart
from her husband acknowledged that she had executed the
foregoing deed and the above relinquishment of dower, freely
and voluntarily upon her part and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
