Several tracts or parcels of land were bid in by the Said
William Thorne Trustee &c at a Sale of the Said Arredondo
Grant made by Mesrs Payne Child and Forward Com=
=missioners on the 21st Feby 1849 & the subsequent days
under a decree rendered in the Circuit Court of
the Eastern Circuit of Florida for the County of St. Johns
made on the 13th day of November 1848 in a certain
Cause in partition whereon John H. Brush & others
were complainants and Ichabod Sprawl & others were
defendents and which Sale was confirmed by the
Final decree in partition rendered in Said cause
on the 10th day of August 1849
   Together with all and Singular the tenements,
hereditaments, and appurtenances unto the Same
belonging, or in anywise appertaining; and the reversion and
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues, and profits
thereof; And also all the Estate, right, title, interest
equity, property, claim, and demand whatsoever, as well
at law as in equity, of the Said New York Florida
Association and of the Trustees aforenamed and of him
the Said William Thorne Sole Surviving Trustee of Said
New York Florida Association, of in, and to the Same
and every part and parcel thereof:
  To have and to hold the above mentioned and
described premises hereby granted and conveyed, or
intended So to be, with the appurtenances, unto the
Said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns,
to his and their only proper use, benefit, and behoof,
for ever.
  And the Said party of the first part, Sole Surviving
Trustee of the Said New York Florida Association doth
Covenant, promise and agree, to and with the Said party
of the Second part, that the Said party of the first part,
hath not, at any time made, done, committed, or
caused, any act, matter, or thing whatsoever, whereby
or by means whereof that Said premises, hereby granted
and released as aforesaid, or any part thereof, are
or can in anywise be impeached or encumbered,
in title, charge, estate, or otherwise
  And also, that the Said party of the Second
