At all times hereafter, peaceably and quietly have, hold,
use, occupy, possess and enjoy the above granted, bargained
and described premises and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances and receive and take the rents
issues and profits thereof to and for their his & their own
proper use and benefit, without any let, suit, hinderance
molestation, eviction or denial of, from or by the said
party of the first part, his heirs, or assigns, or of from
or by any other person or person whomsoever, lawfully
claiming, or to claim any estate, right, title, or interest
of, in or to the same by, from, or under them, or either
of them.

Be it remembered that on this 20th day of August
1851 before me Joseph C. Launner, a Commissioner in
and for the said State, residing in the City of New York
appointed by the Govenor of the State of Florida under the
Laws of said State, with full power and authority to
administer oaths and affirmations and to take testimony
and deprositions, acknowledgements and proof of deeds
and instruments in writing under Seal to be used
or recorded in said State of Florida, duly Commissioned
and qualified, personally appeared William Thorn
surviving Trustee of the Florida Association, who subscribed
the annexed Deed and acknowledged that he executed
the same for the uses, prposes and considerations therein
