  This Indenture made the Twenty Eighth day of
February in the year of or Lord One Thousand Eight hundred
& fifty one and in the 76 year of the independence of the
United States of America, between Reuben S. Stoughton
of Micanopy Alachua County of the one part, and Moses
E. Levy & George R. Fairbanks of the other part
  Witnesseth: That the Said Reuben S. Stoughton for
and in consideration of the Sum of one hundred Dollars
in hand paid, at and before the Sealing and delivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath granted, bargained, Sold, aliened, conveyed, and confirmed
and by these presents doth grant, bargain, Sell, alien, convey
and confirm unto the Said parties of the Second part
their heirs and assigns all that certain piece or parcel
of land Situate at Micanopy and described as follows;
commencing at a lightwood post on the front line of the
Street 210 feet distant East from the lightwood post at the
South West quarter Corner of R.S. Stoughton land and
running thence due East along Said Tract 210 feet
to another light wood Post thence North 210 feet to
a light wood post thence West 210 feet to a light wood
post thence South 210 feet to the beginning containing
One acre of land more or less being bounded on the
South by Said Street 30 feet in width and Said grantor
hereby conveys the Same and the Said Fairbanks & Levy
hereby receive the Said grant on the conditions following
that is to Say that the Said grantees and their assigns
in perpetuity Shall not nor Shall either or any of
them vend upon Said premises any ardent spirits in
quantities less than five gallons & they agree that the forfei=
=ture of their conditions Said premises Shall become
liable to re-Entry by Said grantor or his heirs
  To have and to hold the Said premises with
all and Singular the rights members and appurtenances
thereof whatsoever Subject expressly to the conditions
herein above written & to the Said premises being, belonging
or in any wise appertaining with the remainder and
remainders, reversion and reversions; rents, issues &
profits thereof to the only proper use, benefit and
behoof of the Said Fairbanks & Levy and to their
heirs, Executors, and administrators, and assigns
