in fee Simple: upon the Condition aforesaid, and Said
Grantor his heirs, Executors, and administrators, do covenant
with the Said Fairbanks & Levy & their heirs executors and
administrators that he is lawfully Seized in fee of the
afore granted premises; that they are free from all encum=
=brances; that he hath good right to Sell and convey the
Same to the Said Levy & Fairbanks as aforesaid; and that
he will, and his heirs, Executors, and administrators
Shall, warrant and defend the Same, and Every part
thereof, to the Said Levy & Fairbanks and their heirs and
assigns, forever, against the lawful demands of all
persons by virtue of these presents Subject to above condition

    Know all Men by these presents that I Elizabeth
Stoughton wife of Reuben S. Stoughton of Micanopy Florida
for and in Consideration of the Sum of One Dollar to me
in hand paid do hereby cede freely and voluntarily and
without any constraint apprehension or fear of or
from her Said husband Reuben S. Stoughton all right
Claim and interest my Dower or otherwise unto Moses
E. Levy & Geo R. Fairbanks within named in and to the
lands in the foregoing conveyance described and
