                   Personally appeared before me this
29th Oct 1851 Reuben S. Stoughton to me well known and
acknowledges that he had executed the Same for the
purposes therein Set forth & Said Moses E. Levy and
George R. Fairbanks Also acknowledges the Execution
of the Same to them

  This Indenture made this Seventeent day of
February in the of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and
fifty one, between John M. Berrien and Eliza Cecil his
wife of the City of Savannah State of Georgia of the first part
and Moses E. Levy of the City of St. Augustine, State of Florida
of the Second Part, Witnesseth, that the Said parties of the
first part for and in consideration of the Sum One Dollar
them in hand paid by the said party of the Second part
at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted
remised, released, and forever quit claimed, and by
these presents, do grant, remise, release, and forever
quit claim, unto the Said party of the Second part
and to his heirs and assigns forever, all their right
title, claim, interest, property, dower, and right title
and claim of Dower in and to all that Land
Situated in Alachua County State of Florida, part &
parcel of the Grant to F.M. Arredondo and Son, and
designated on the map of Survey and Subdivision of
Said grant by David H. Burr & Henry Washington in
Feby 1846 as Section Number Eight (8) Township Nine
Range Nineteen (T9 R19) and number Thirty Two (No 32)
in Township Nine Range Twenty One (T9 R21)
Together with all and Singular the tenements,
Hereditaments and Appurtenances, Whatsoever
to the Same belonging or in any wise
