                    To all Whom these presents Shall come
I Charles Floyd Fitchett Judge of Probate of Alachua County
Send Greeting!
           Whereas by an order of the County Commission
for Alachua County duly passed and Entered on Record
it is directed that the Judge of Probate of Said County
Shall make execute and deliver to the purchasers of lots
in the Town of Newnansville Deeds of Conveyance for
lots by them respectively purchased And Whereas Henry
E. Purviance is the purchase of lots hereafter Specified
 Now Know Ye that I Charles F. Fitchett Judge of
Probate of Said County of Alachua by virtue of the authority
So as aforesaid in me vested in consideration of Fifteen
Dollars paid by the Said Henry E. Purviance the Receipt
Whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
and Sold and by these presents do grant bargain & Sell
unto the Said Henry E. Purviance and to his heirs and
assigns forever all that certain lot of land designated
as lot No. Five (5) of Block No. One (1) Range Number
Two (2) upon the plan of the Town as filed and Existing
in the Probates Office of the County of Alachua, Together
with all Singular the Hereditaments and Appurtenances
to the Same in any wise belonging.
  To have and to hold the Said Lot and premises
unto the Said Henry E. Purviance his heirs and
assigns, as fully and absolutely as I the Said
Charles F. Fitchett Judge of Probate aforesaid and
under the authority aforesaid might could or ought
to Sell and Convey the Same
  In testimony whereof I have hereunto Set
my hand and affixed my Seal this Eleventh day of
November A.D. 1851
