To All Whom it May Concern
    Know ye that I have appointed Robert Campbell
of the City of St. Augustine and County of St, Johns
my true and lawful Attorney for me and in my
named to take possession of occupy, and if in his
Judgment thinks proper, dispose of Sell and Convey to
any person or persons Two lots or parcels of land Situate
and lying near the public Square in the Town of
Newnansville in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida and to grant receipts for the Same in my
named and do and perform all Such Matters and
things in the premises as if I was myself personally
present and attorney or attorneys one or more under him
as he may deem fit for the purposes herein contained
    In witness Whereof I have hereunto put or set
my hand & Seal in the City of St. Augustine and
State aforesaid this thirteenth day of Novr 1846

to the purchasers of lots in the Town of Newnans
-ville Deeds of Conveyance for lots by them respectively
purchased, and Whereas Samuel Russell is the
purchaser of lots hereinafter described
