Now Know ye that I A.M. Caston Judge of Probate
of Said County of Alachua by Virtue of the Authority So as
aforesaid in me vested in consideration of the Sum of
Forty five Dollars paid by the Said Samuel Russell the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
and Sold and by these presents do grant bargain & Sell
unto the Said Samuel Russell and to his heirs and
assigns forever all those certain lots of Land designated
as lots No (6) Six of Block One of Range Two (2) and
lots No Three and Six of Block No One of Range No Three
(3) upon the plan of the Town of Newnansville as filed
and existing in the probates office of the County of
Alachua Together with all and Singular the Hereditaments
and appurtenances to the Same in any wise belonging
  To have and to hold the Said lots and premises
unto the Said Samuel Russell his heirs and assigns
as fully and absolutely as I the Said A.M. Caston
Judge of Probate aforesaid and under the authority
aforesaid might could or ought to Sell and Convey
the Same
  In testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my
hand & Seal this 18th day of Novbr A.D. 1851
