who being duly Sworn Saith that he Saw Henry Stokes
Sign Seal and deliver Said deed for purposes therein
mentioned and that A. Hague was also a Subscribing

This Indenture made this twenty Eight day
of August in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight
hundred and fifty one between Mary L. Hunnewell
of the County of Randolph in the State of Georgia of the
one part and John Little, John McKinstry Philip Dell
A.B. Robinson, William I. Turner, McKeen W. Carlton and
John Sparkman, trustees, in trust for the use and
purposes hereinafter mentioned, of the County of Alachua
in Said Mary L. Hunnewell for and in consideration
of the Sum of One hundred & fifty Dollars lawfull
money of the United States by the Said parties of the Second
part unto the Said party of the first part in hand paid
at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath given granted
bargained, Sold relased, Confirmed and Conveyed, and by
these presents doth give, grant, bargain, Sell release, Confirm
and convey unto them the Said John Little, John McKinstry
Philip Dell, A.B. Robinson Wm I. Turner, McKeen Carrolton
and John Sparkman and their Successors (trustees in trust
for the use and purposes hereinafter mentioned and declared)
all the Estate right title interest, property, claim & demand
whatsoever, either in law or equity which the Said Mary
L. Hunnewell hath in to or upon all and
Singular, a Certain Lot or piece of Land, Situate lying and
