being in the vilage of Micanopy in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida bounded and butted as
follows to wit; Beginning at a buried Light wood post
marked H, P, F in the road, Two hundred and Sixty Seven
(267) links East of the South East Corner of what is known
as the public Square thence North three hundred & Sixteen
links (316) to a Hickory Post H,F,I, thence East one hundred
and twenty five links (125) to a lightwood post I, H, H thence
North one hundred and thirty four links (134) to a light
wood post I, H, I, thence East nine hundred and Sixty two
links (962) to a light wood post I, F, H, thence South
four hundred and fifty links (450) to a Hickory Post F,F,H
thence west ten hundred and Eighty Seven links (1087)
to the place of beginning Containing Four acres and Seventy
two Hundredths of an acre (4.72) of land  being the lot of
Land which the Said                  resided
being the lot which was laid out and Set aside
to the Said Mary L. Hunnewell, pursuant to a Decree
of the Circuit Court of the Eastern Circuit of Florida for
the Counties of Alachua and Levy, made at the Court House
in Newnansville on the 15th day of December A.D. 1849
the Said lot of land being bounded on the East by the lands
assigned pursuant to the aforesaid Decree to Christopher L.
Freibley, and being bounded on the South by the lands of the
Said Freubly and of George B. Payne, on the west by the
lands of the Said Freibly and John S. Levingston: Together
with all and Singular the houses, woods, waters, ways
priviledges and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in
any wise appertaining
  To have & to to hold, all and Singular the above
mentioned and described lot or piece of land, Situate lying
and being as aforesaid, together with all and Singular
the houses, woods, waters, ways and privileges thereto
belonging, or in anywise appertaining unto the
Said John Little, John McKinstry, Philip Dell, A.B.
Robinson, William J. Turner, McKeen W. Carlton and
John Sparkman, and their Successors in office forever
in trust, that they Shall Erect and build, or cause to be
Erected and built thereon a house or place of worship
for the use of the members of the Methodist Episcopal
