This Indenture made this twenty Seventh day of
November in the Year of Our Lord Eighteen hundred and
fifty one, between Henry Stokes of the first part; and Martha
Hague of the Second part; Witnesseth that the Said Henry
Stokes for and in consideration of the Sum of Six Hundred
dollars to him in hand paid by the Said Martha Hague
at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted
bargained and Sold, Conveyed, aliened and remised, and
doth by these presents grant, bargain, Sell, convey, alien
and remise unto the Said Martha Hague her heirs
and assigns forever all that certain tract or parcel of
Land lying being and Situate in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida Known and designated on the
Survey of the United States as the South East qr of the North
East qr and the South West qr of the North East quarter
and the South East quarter of the North West quarter
of Section Thirty five in Township Eight South of Range
Eighteen East, containing one hundred and twenty acres
more or less, Together with all and Singular the tenements
hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining, and the reversion and
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents issues
and profits thereof; and also all the Estate, right
title interest property claim and demand, what=
=soever as well in law as in equity of the Said
Henry Stokes of in and to the Same, and every part
and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances
   To have and to hold the above granted
bargained and described premises, with the appurtenan=
=ces unto the Said Martha Hague, her heirs and
assigns to her and their own proper use and benefit
forever
  And the Said Henry Stokes for himself his
heirs Executors and administrators doth covenant
grant, and agree to and with the Said Martha Hague
her heirs executors and administrators that he the
Said Henry Stokes at the time of the Sealing
and delivery of these presents, is lawfully Seized
in fee, of a good absolute and indefeasible right
Estate of inheritance in fee Simple forever And
