This Indenture made the fourth day of November in
the Year Our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and fifty one
between Charles F. Fitchett Judge of Probate & president of the
Board of County Commissioners of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida of the first part and Thomas A. 
Bradford of the Same State & County of the Second part
Witnesseth, That Whereas the Said Board of County
Commissioners did by an ordinance passed at a meeting
of Said Board on the fourth day of November A.D. 1850
authorise and empower the Judge of Probate and president
of the Board of County Commissioners as aforesaid
to grant and make title Deeds to the purchaser of
all Lots Sold in the Town of Newnansville the County Site
of Said County; and Whereas the Said Thomas A. Bradford
having become the purchaser of Two lots hereinafter
described
Now Know Ye  That I the Said Charles F. Fitchett Judge
of Probate and president of the board of County Commis=
=sioners as aforesaid by virtue of the power and authority
vested in me and in consideration of the Sum of Forty
Dollars paid to the County Commissioner to wit Jessee Carter
by Francis Peck, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained and Sold and by these presents
do grant Bargain & Sell unto the Said Thomas A. Bradford
his heirs and assigns forever, all those certain lots
Designated as lots Number 4 & 5 four and five of Range
No. one and of Block No. Three (3) upon the plan of the Town
of Newnansville as Surveyed by Michael Garrison Esqr
together with all and Singular the Hereditaments and
Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining & the reversion & reversions, remainder and
remainders, rents issues & proffits thereof
   To have and to hold the Same unto the Said
Thomas A. Bradford his heirs and assigns as fully
& absolutely as the Said Charles F. Fitchett Judge
of Probate & President of the Board of the County
Commissioners as aforesaid under the authority
aforesaid might could or ought to Convey the Same
Witness         }  In Witness Whereof I Charles F. Fitchett Judge of Probate & President of the
 Peter Cone     }  Board of County Commissioners as aforesaid have hereunto Set my
