Know all men by these presents
that we Jos G. Bell, and Elisabeth his wife, of
the County of Alachua and State aforesaid
for and in consideration of the sum of Two
Hundred and Forty five & 63/100 Dollars
to us in hand paid, have granted, bargained
and sold, and by these presents, do grant,
bargain, sell, and convey unto George L. Brown
of the same County and State, all that certain
parcel of Land, Situate in the County of
Alachua and State aforesaid, and described as
follows, viz; the North half of Lot No, Twelve
of Section Thirty one, Township No. Seven
South of Range No. Twenty East Containing
forty acres, more or less, with all the appur-
-tenances - and all the right, title, interest
claim, and demand of us, or either of us, in
the premises; and all our improvements made
upon Lot No. One of Section Thirty one, and the
west half of the North West Quarter of Section
No. Thirty Two of Township No. Seven, South of
Range No. Twenty East, To have and to hold the
same, with the appurtenances, unto the said George
L. Brown, and his heirs, in fee Simple forever
And I the said Jos G. Bell, for myself
and for my heirs, do covenant, and agree to and
