                    On this 8th day of December A.D. 1851
before me the Subscriber personally appeared John M. Hunt one
of the Subscribing witnesses, who under oath declares that he Saw
Joseph G. Bell and Elizabeth Bell Sign the foregoing instrument
of writing for the purposes therein contained

                      This indenture made Sixth (6th) day of
December in the Year of Our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and
fifty One between Joseph G. Bell of Alachua County State of Florida
And Elizabeth Bell his wife of the first part, and William Dell
of Said County and State of the Second part Witnesseth, that the
Said parties of the first part for and in Consideration of the
premises herein after recited, have granted, bargained, aliened
released, Conveyed and Confirmed, and by these presents do grant
bargain, Sell, Alien, release, convey and confirm unto the Said
party of the Second part and to his assigns forever, all that
certain lot of land belonging to us by virtue of my wife
Elizabeth as her Dower in the Estate of James L. Townsend
and Known as the Townsend Plantation, Situated about four
miles from Newnansville in Said County and State, also a
negro man named Thom, and a Negro woman named Phebe
of Said Estate, Sixty head of Stock Cattle more or less, three
head of Horses, One hundred and fifty Bushels of Corn, fifteen
hundred pounds of Fodder, Thirty Six head of Stock Hogs more
or less one Bark Mill worth fifty Dollars One Buggy Wagon
worth fifty Dollars, together with all the hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise
appertaining, and the reversion & reversions, remainder
and remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof, and
also all the Estate, right, title, interest, dower, possession
claim and demand whatsoever of the Said parties
