of the first part of in and to the Same, and every
part thereof with the appurtenances, to have and to hold
the Said hereby granted premises with the appurtenances
unto the Said party of the Second part, his heirs and
assigns, and to his and their only proper use benefit
and behoof forever, provided always, and these presents
are upon this express Condition that if the Said Joseph
G. Bell and Elizabeth Bell his wife Shall well and
truly pay to the Said William Dell a certain promisory
note bearing even date executed by the Said Joseph
G. Bell and Elizabeth Bell his wife and payable to
the Said William Dell or bearer for the Sum of Nine
Hundred and fifty Dollars, together with the interest
thereon according to the tenor and effect of Said note
then this Conveyance and the Estate hereby created Shall
be null & void and of no effect, otherwise to remain
in full force virtue and effect

Know all men by these presents that I Elizabeth
Bell Wife of Joseph G. Bell the grantor of the foregoing
deed for the Conveyance of Real and personal property
for and in Consideration of one dollar to me in hand
paid by William Dell the receipt whereof is hereby ack=
=nowledged do hereby renounce and release and forever
quit Claim to the Said William Dell my right and
equity of Dower in and to the premises in Said Deed
Conveyed. In Witness Whereof the Said Elizabeth
Bell hath hereunto Set her hand and Seal this 6th
