Said tract or Parcel of Land of One thousand Acres
was granted to the aforesaid William Garvin dec. by the
Spanish Government of the twenty Sixth day of November
AD 1817 at a place Called Youngbloods Hammock lying &
being to the South West of a road Called Rays Trail
leading from the Natural Bridge Over the Santaffee
River to an indian village called Hog Town, which Said
tract or grant in more particularly delinated on a plat
or Survey made by George I.F. Clark Surveyor General
of this then Spanish Province of East Florida on the
18th January AD 1818, Together with all and Singular
the tenements and Hereditaments thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining, and also all the Estate
right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and
demand whatsoever as well in law or in equity
first
of the Said parties of the parties of in and to the above
described premises & every part and parcel thereof
With the Appurtenances, To have And to hold all and
Singular the above described Conveyed premises together
with the Appurtenances unto the Said parties of the Second
part their Successors and assigns forever
In Witness whereof the Said parties of the first
part by themselves and their attorney, James D. Garvin,
have hereunto Set their hands and Seals the day & Year
