Alachua County    }  This Indenture made this fifth day of
December in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred
and fifty one between John M. Hunt of Alachua County
State of Florida of the first part and William Dell of
Said State and County of the Second part Witnesseth:
that the Said parties of the first part for and in con=
=sideration of the premises hereinafter recited have granted
bargained aliened, released, conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents do grant bargain Sell, alien, release, convey
and confirm unto the Said party of the Second part and
to his assigns forever all that certain lot of Land described
as follows the South West Quarter (1/4) of the North West
Quarter and the North West qr of the South West Quarter 1/4
of Section Twenty nine (29) in Township Seven (7) South
of Range Twenty (20), also One Bay horse about ten years
old together with all the hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining, and
the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders,
rents issues and profits thereof and also all the
Estate right title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever
of the Said parties of the first part of in or to the
Same and every part thereof with the appurtenances
to have and to hold the Said hereby granted premises
with the appurtenances unto the Said party of the
Second part his heirs and assigns to his and their
only proper use and benefit and behoof forever
  Provided always and these presents are upon this
express condition that if the Said John M. Hunt Shall
well and truly pay to the Said William Dell a certain
promisary note bearing even date with these presents
Executed by the Said John M. Hunt and payable to
to the Said William Dell or bearer for the Sum of
one hundred & fifty Dollars with the interest thereon
according to the tenor and effect of Said note
then this Conveyance and the Estate hereby granted
shall be null and void and of no effect
Otherwise to remain in full force virtue & Effect
