Know all men by these presents that I Mary Elizabeth
Hunt wife of John M. Hunt the grantor of the foregoing
deed for the conveyance of real and personal property
for and in consideration of one dollar to me in hand
paid by William Dell the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged do hereby renounce and release and render
quit Claim to the Said William Dell my right and
equity of Dower in and to the premises in the Said
deed conveyed. In Witness Whereof the Said Wm M.E.
Hunt hath hereunto set her hand and Seal this fifth
day of December A.D. One thousand Eight hundred and
