                     This indenture made and Entered
into this 23d day of December 1831 betwixt Martha Hague
of the State and County aforesaid of one part and George W.
Sanchez of the Same State and County of the other part
Witnesseth that the Said Martha Hague for and in con=
-sideration of the Sum of Six hundred and Seventy Dollars
($675.00) to her in hand paid at and before the Sealing
and delivering of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, hath bargained granted Sold and
Conveyed and do by these presents bargain, grant Sell and
Convey to the Said G.W. Sanchez all that tract or parcel
of Land Known in the plan of the Survey of the United
States as Section Thirty five (35) Township Eight (8) Range
Eighteen (18) it being South half of North East Quarter
and the South East qr of the North West Quarter of Said
Section Containing One hundred and Twenty acres more 
or less together with all the rights members and appur=
-tenances thereunto in any wise belonging to have and
to hold said bargained premises unto the Said George
W. Sachez his heirs and assigns for his and their
own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee
Simple, and Said Martha Hague for herself her heirs
executors and administrators will warrant and forever
defend the rights and titles of Said bargained premises
to the Said George W. Sanchez his heirs executors and
administrators against all lawful claim or claims
               In Witness Whereof She has hereunto Set her
hand and affixed her seal the day and date above
