                     This indenture made this twenty
third day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand
Eight hundred and fifty one between Asa Clark of the State
and County aforesaid of the one part and Jane Ann
Clark, wife of the Said Asa Clark, of the other part,
Witnesseth: That the Said Asa Clark, as well for and in
Consideration of the Natural Love and affection which he
the Said Asa Clark, hath and beareth unto the Said
Jane Ann Clark, as also for the better maintenance
Support, and livelyhood of her the Said Jane Ann Clark
hath given, granted, aliened, enfeoffed and confirmed
And by these presents doth give, grant, alien, enfeoff, and
confirm, unto the Said Jane Ann Clark, her heirs and
assigns all that messuage or tract of Land Situated in
the County of Alachua and State aforesaid, Containing
One Hundred and twenty Acres more or less and known
as Clarks plantation near Coutre Pond Situated about 12
miles from the Town of Newnansville in an Easterly
direction, Together with all and Singular the Hereditaments
and Appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise
appertaining; and the reversion and reversions, remainder
and remainders rents, issues, and profits thereof, and
all the Estate, right, title, interest property, claim, and
demand Whatsoever of him the Said Asa Clark, of, in
and to the Said Messuage tenements, and premises
and of, in, and to every part and parcel thereof,
with their and every of their appurtenances;
  And also One House worth One hundred Dollars
And One Buggy worth Seventy five Dollars and all of my
House hold and kitchen furniture, and fifty head of Stock
Cattle
  And also the following Described Negro property to wit:
One Negro man named Elias aged about Forty years, One
Negro woman named Sarah aged about Forty years,   One
Negro Girl named Easter aged about Eleven years,  One
Negro Girl named Victoria aged about Eight years  One
Negro Boy named Hard times aged about Six years   One
Negro Boy named Nat aged about four years and
One Negro girl by the name of Satirah an infant And
One Negro man named Sam aged about Twenty Two Years
